By accessing or using the FD-258 Fingerprint Card Editor ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The FD-258 Editor is a web-based tool that allows users to input, edit, and preview data fields associated with the FBI FD-258 Applicant Fingerprint Card. The Service may include the ability to upload existing FD-258 PDFs for parsing and to generate filled PDF documents.

User Responsibilities

As a user of this Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the editor
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading documents

No Government Affiliation

This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Department of Justice, or any other government agency. The FD-258 form is a standard government form, and this tool simply assists in preparing the data fields.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation (excluding the FD-258 form itself, which is a government document), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.

• Rejection of documents by government agencies

• Any consequences arising from reliance on the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or unavailability of the Service.

Modifications to Terms
